I remember when I first uploaded this shot on DA. I was stuck in one of Manitoba's (Canada) most bitter of winters. And as I thought of home, I would often look at this shot but it always made my case of nostaligia even worse. It reminded me that there somewhere back home, the sun was shining warmly in some idillic landscape or scenic place.
I'm now reuploading this shot as I sit here back home in Brazil. I changed a few things, by fixing some of the quality problems from the last shot.
Edits in this shot: contrast, levels, colour correction, and borders.
atm, we've got a very warm day here and we've also had some bush fires burning around the different pockets around the region. and i'm indoors in the office. bleah. your picture makes me want to go to the beach. it's about an hour and a bit drive from here, but it'd be worth it (even if there are a few thousand people that i'm sure are already there doing that very same thing)
beautiful we had similar photo but i deleted it once i thought id never come back to DA coz i just became mom it reminds me so much of North Australia where we lived actually I always could see similarities between that part of Australia and Brazil, we were surrounded with rainforest and beautiful beaches like this but we didnt have such beautiful white sand nor blue ocean, our was green beautiful photo, wanna be there actually i might upload that photo

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
