A while back I took a few butterfly-in-my-hands shots (humm.. maybe I should feature them as a trend...lol) Anyways, with my previous photos, Touch Down and Touch Down 2 I managed to get the butterflies to land on my finger using honey. On this shot, however, the butterfly allowed me to pick it up off the flower. I believe it was probably stunned or too tired to bother to fly off. And so as long as I kept holding still, the butterfly stayed on my hands. Here's the result.

Wow really nice man! I have a hard time getting within a few feet of a butterfly here to try and snap a shot let alone actually pick one up!!! :)

Great idea to use the mixture of color and B&W it really makes the butterfly stand out so much and all the details are just breathtaking. Looks like this little guy really likes you =) great capture
