As tradition calls, my family and I went to Salinas for a week as we normally do in June/July to take a break from our normal daily routine at home. We spent a few days there, enjoying the beautiful beach, sunsets, and a good time as a family together. Usually around sunset time we'd walk up and down the beach and I'd take a few photos.

Here my brother Micah ($micahgoulart) and my sister Rachel thought they'd try a few "different" poses... so Micah decided to practice his jump kicks and of course, Rachel played along. Don't worry, nobody got hurt.. although Rachel tells me she got a mouthful of sand flying off Micah's feet.. lol. I'm not sure if Micah pulled a muscle or not, but from the height of his jump, I'm sure he must have been somewhat sore the next day...
