a good friend of mine during our school's long jump competition for track and field. Fortunately, there were quite a lot of people jumping that day, so I had several practice shots. I thought this one turned out the best. Took me a while, though, to find a safe distance where the sprayed sand wouldn't hit the camera. That's what happens when you have a crappy zoom lens.

Very nice. I like how the boy is skidding across the dirt and you caught the dirt flying up in ther air. Cool technique.
